Why is professional life uniquely demanding today?
As professionals today, we all want to find a work environment that inspires, stimulates, develops and fulfils us. We also want to find our unique place in the world where we are aligned with our purpose, we can maximise our core skills, and we are being valued for our unique contribution to a larger cause.
However we all struggle to get there as we often lose motivation with toxic work environments, difficult team dynamics, unsupportive managers or shifting organisational priorities. These challenges are definitely also amplified in the rapidly changing, complex, multifaceted and multicultural landscape of modern organisations.
What are systemic constellations?
We are all a product of countless systems - our families, communities, nationalities, societies etc. that deeply influence who we are and how we operate in this world. Just like any other ecosystem, the teams and organisations we work with can also be seen as a complex system of interconnected parts and relationships that deeply influence our professional lives. So how can we discern our unique professional identity and find harmony with the systems that influence us?
Any process of transformation starts from within - within your own (unconscious) systems. In this workshop, we will use ‘systemic constellations’, a powerful technique of physical orientation and sensory experiences, to delve into your team’s / organisation’s subconscious psychology. Through group exercises we will gain insights into the behaviours, conflicts and hidden patterns that you encounter and impact collaboration or inhibit success in your own professional journey.

This workshop will be facilitated by Zulfi Malik (founder of Qualia Quest). He is a Team Dynamics Coach, specialising in building resilient, psychologically safe, high-performing teams. Zulfi combines individual and group coaching with tailored immersive programs using systemic constellations and non-violent communication practices to stimulate deeper, accelerated transformations leading to sustained positive change. With over 20 years of industry experience in strategy, project, and change management, he specialises in helping teams navigate transitions, conflict and performance challenges.
