Shibari Fundamentals part 2

The second instalment of Shibari fundamentals where we will continue on the things we covered in the first workshop. We will be going deeper into floor play and a couple of new techniques.

𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡:
- More technique like frictions and hitches
- We will be playing with different body positions
- Different types of polarity and connective play

This workshop will be in English. It will involve switching, so you get to experience tying as well as getting tied. We do all exercises in pairs.

- You can do a single column tie and have a basic grasp of frictions
- Feel free to bring your own rope, there will be rope for you to borrow. I will bring rope you can buy at the location or you can buy rope beforehand at https://opgewondenstandje.nl/shop. 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐣𝐧:
Martijn (he/him) is a sex educator and sexological bodyworker in training. He likes rope. He has been diving into bondage and shibari since 2018. Rope and bondage provides a sort of physical language that both partners can use to connect with each other.

“I love how it requires me to step into a certain frame of mind and to be in the moment. Creating a temporary little bubble in which things are simpler which in turn helps me connect better with myself and my partner. Its just me, my partner and a rope. I like to keep things simple.
