A weekend of inner research about the question ‘who am I on the deepest level and how can I truly realign with it?’

The analogy of an onion as the Self is well known, but what is actually left after peeling off all the layers?
Stillness? Movement? Is there anything after all?

For many of us, this essence, the core of ourSelf, is hard to experience. We are caught up in the rhythm of life, our projects, or the struggles with the job/ or simply identify with thoughts and old patterns. But, in moments of clarity when you feel inside, you might notice that there is more. More than thoughts, more than your daily behaviour, more than ‘you’ perhaps. Do you want to sink into your depths and explore what is there?

This weekend, we immerse ourselves in the unfolding of this mysterious essence. We take the time for practises to allow rigid and deeply rooted patterns to loosen up. To make space for deep knowing. We will go into the Tantric philosophy behind this process, and will have sharings to deal with difficulties on the road. You will learn Tantric techniques, breathwork, yoga, shadow work, and Gestalt psychology that help you reconnect with your inner core. We do this in a group setting where we play, connect and support each other on the journey.

Saturday: 10:00 - 22:00h
Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00h
Note that the doors open each day 15min prior to start and we will begin on time

Cost:
€267,- for regular Tantrica sign-up
€222,- for early Tantrica (first 8 spots)

The costs cover the whole weekend of tantra, including an extended lunch on Saturday and Sunday, as well as dinner on Saturday.
Accommodation is excluded, we organise an app group if you are from outside Groningen and want to arrange a sleeping place.
