In four weeks, Helena will take you into this empowering groupcoaching. It is for you, if you want to find profound connection to your body, create a sense of safety within, and take the next step in your authentic manifestation game.

'Mind your mind'
- Reframe limiting beliefs into supportive fuel for your growth. And, learn to embody your mind.
'Connect to your intuitive base'
- Set your anchor with intuitive breath-womb-work, and expand your safety within. From there, find out what you really want to manifest!
'To manifest, first relax'
- Befriend your nervous system and practice radical presence in your body. And, find your manifestation sequence!
‘Let your energy rise’
- Call in your divine support, and take back your ownership over your life!

My mission for these four sessions is to empower you in owning yourself, and taking the steps of your unique contribution in this world!
It is not about what is right or wrong. It is about what is YOU!

In this process, we will work with different tools from Psychology, Breathwork, Wombwork, Tantra, Bodywork, and Energetical healing. So that you get the most out of this program.

I believe that we can empower ourselves best in a nourishing environment with others. Even though we are all on an individual path, we expand together!
