Setting boundaries that make sure you are mentally and emotionally stable is a true act of love towards yourself.

Maybe you’ve felt the intense leakage of energy that emerges when your boundaries are crossed, by yourself or another?

Poor boundaries inevitably lead to resentment, anger and burnout.
Check. Check. Check. Experienced them all… anyone else? 🙋‍♀️
