Camping Het Verre Oosten

Dear Tribe,

Get ready for extraordinary Tribe-Vibes! From Monday, July 29, to Monday, August 5 2024 we're hosting a Conscious Camping at Het Verre Oosten – a week filled with connection, life celebration, and relaxation.

Our tribe, spanning all ages, is invited. Whether you're young or young at heart, this is the place for you.

Choose your spot for a tent, camper or caravan. Not a happy camper? We've got bedrooms in the group accommodation for you.

You have access to the outdoor kitchen and we have a bar with treats and drinks. You can relax in the lovely corners of our land, read a book in the hammock, dine at long tables... And if it rains, you can seek shelter under the large tent or tipi.

We also have a nice program with cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance and evening games. We like to create the program in co-creation, so we welcome workshops, lectures, music, games, experiments, and other contributions that tickles your fancy. Children's input is also warmly invited. Practical:
* You book a spot for a week, so that we can experience the tribe vibes together and completely immerse yourself in the bubble we create.
* There are 18 places where you can pitch a larger tent, camper, caravan or trailer tent. You can place an extra small tent for your spous if you want some alone night time. You can book this place with 2 people for €35 p/night. Each additional person costs €6 p/night. A maximum of 5 people is allowed per large place.
* There are 10 places for smaller tents. You can book this place with 1 or 2 people for €30 p/night. An additional person costs €6 p/night. A maximum of 3 people is allowed per small place.
* There are 2 4-person bedrooms for €120,- p/night.
* There are 4 2-person bedrooms for €60,- p/night.
* There is 1 3-person bedroom for €90,- p/night.
* There is space for about 80 people.
* Tourist tax is €1,50 pp/pn and is calculated afterwards.
* Food is not included

Non toxic
* There is no smoking permitted in the closed inside areas. In case you will find a spot outside to smoke, please make sure others will not experience any inconvience.
* We don’t serve or sell alcoholic beverages, nor do we encourage you to consume any.

Cancellation
Too bad if you have to cancel! We understand that this can happen, but we have some cancelation policies:
- cancellation more than 3 months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price.
- cancellation within 3 to 2 months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price.
- cancellation within 2 months to 1 week before the start date, 90% of the agreed price
- cancellation 1 week before the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price.
- In case of cancellation, you will in any case be charged 25 euros in administration costs. If the place is reserved and paid for by a third party through you for the same period, only the administration costs will be charged.
- By mutual agreement, you can transfer your reservation to someone else. We would like to know in advance to whom.
