Wheel Of Consent Workshop - Introduction

Be Touched Community is inviting Adam, a Certified Wheel of Consent Facilitator in learning what ‘Receiving’ and ‘Giving’ really are – and why knowing the difference is crucial for creating authentic connection and intimacy. This is a fully clothed workshop and you can join either by yourself or as couple/polycule.

Adam is facilitating an Introduction Wheel of Consent Workshop on the 8th of June! There will also be a full 3-day Wheel of Consent Workshop later this year: November 25-27th.

Some of the contents of this "Introduction to Wheel of Consent Workshop" include:

Find out where we are clear (or not) in Receiving and Giving.

Learn the framework of the Wheel of Consent® and the four Quadrants as a foundation for connection.

Experience pleasure and sensation in your skin that you can access any time you choose.

Access parts of yourself that have been hidden away that are ready to be seen, appreciated and healed.

Gain skills to bring awareness to your hands so that all your touch is rich and satisfying.

Become exquisitely aware of your desires and limits and how to communicate them.

Practice Receiving, Giving and experience each of the four Quadrants.

There are opportunities for exchanging touch as part of the learning in this fully clothed workshop. This is 100% optional and not necessary to take part in to learn from the session.

This workshop opens at 17:30 for those who wish to purchase a ticket with food and 19:10 for those who wish to come on a no-food ticket.

Start time is 19:30 and finishes at 22:30
