Be Touched Community brings together those wishing for more authenticity, more openness and limitlessness in their relationships and daily life. Our aim is in cultivating deep human connection, meaningful intimacy and facilitating heartfelt workshops.

The emphasis with our workshops is highlighting and practicing verbal communication to gain trust, connection and a deeper understanding of being with another. We work primarily with the Authentic Relating tools to acknowledge what is going on in our inner terrain, our physical sensations feelings, emotions, judgements, narratives). In these games we are staying away from labeling, judging, trying to analyze or find solutions for others but instead turn towards what is curious, alive in the sharing and getting curious about it.

In experiencing these games we are bringing more of ourselves. We are getting real and authentic, nourishing parts that don’t often get expressed and going on a journey of self discovery through laughter, heart opening warmth and care. By doing this we increase our ability to experience abundance.

We kindly ask you to bring your own cup, bowl and spoon. There will be a washing station available. Of course you are more than welcome to bring any other drinks you fancy.
