Be welcome to our nude yoga group for men!

In our weekly classes we come together for the experience of working with our body and breath in a vinyasa yoga class, in the company of like-minded men, enjoying the feeling of freedom that comes from nudity.

What is vinyasa yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and playful form of yoga, using a variety of postures (asanas) to strengthen the body and the mind. Vinyasa means 'connection of movement and breath': Our breath guides us through the practice and enhances the postures. Through the use of changing sequences of asanas, Christian will prepare you for more advanced postures like arm balances, hip openers and backbends.

The classes are for students of all levels and ages. A basic level of fitness is recommended - we are going to sweat!

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. Otherwise, there are yoga mats in the studio. You can shower at the studio before or after the class. Please bring a large towel as well.

Location:
De Ruimte, Weesperzijde 79a, Amsterdam.
(To find the entrance, pass through the open gate by the street, then go to the very end of the courtyard until you see a little bamboo forest on the left. Follow the path on the left of the bamboo forest and at the end you'll find the entrance door to the studio.)

Time:
Class starts at 20.00 hrs.
Door opens at 19.45 hrs.

Costs:
Single class 15€
10-class-pass: 120€

About the teacher:
Christian works as a general practitioner, yoga teacher in ashtanga and vinyasa yoga, and masseur. He enjoys sharing the yoga practice and his insights about and from yoga with others, in group classes and 1-on-1 settings. Besides teaching the practical aspects of yoga, he also likes to study and debate about yoga philosophy and its implications for our daily life.

The Warmth Within

De avond was geweldig. Door de zelfverzekerde yoga van Christian kwam ik in een zeer fijne perceptie van mijn lichaam en het hele systeem. Vooral zijn individuele correcties waren erg nuttig. Dit was een geweldige introductie tot de contactoefeningen achteraf, waar ik een diepe ontmoeting had met mezelf en andere deelnemers. De instructie van Laurie was zeer geruststellend, empathisch en gastvrij. De medewerking van de twee geharmoniseerde mega goed en ze vulden elkaar prachtig aan. Bedankt :-) (translated by reverso) Der Abend war toll. Durch das souverän von Christian angeleitete Yoga kam ich in eine sehr feine Wahrnehmung meines Körpers und ganzen Systems. Besonders seine individuelle Korrekturen waren dafür sehr hilfreich. Das war eine super Einstimmung für die Kontaktübungen im Anschluss. Bei diesen kam ich in tiefe Begegnung mit mir selbst sowie anderen Teilnehmern. Die Anleitung von Laurie war sehr wohlig, empathisch und einladend. Die Zusammenarbeit der beiden harmonierte mega gut und sie ergänzten sich wundervoll. Dankeschön :-)
