This workshop is designed to guide you to your true essence. Feel the transformative power of embodied connection and holistic practices. Dive into the present moment, explore your inner self, and heal in a supportive environment. This day is all about embracing authenticity and nurturing your well-being.
Holistic Breathwork is a powerful approach to self-exploration and healing that integrates insights from modern consciousness research, anthropology, various depth psychologies, transpersonal psychology, Eastern spiritual practices, and mystical traditions of the world.
The process itself uses very simple means: it combines accelerated breathing with evocative music in a special set and setting. With the eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This state activates the natural inner healing process of the individual's psyche, bringing him or her a particular set of internal experiences. With the inner healing intelligence guiding the process, the quality and content brought forth is unique to each person and for that particular time and place. While recurring themes are common, no two sessions are ever alike.

Hello, I'm Mer, and I'm excited to share a bit about myself with you. Once described as restless, chaotic, and nervous, my journey through deep meditation practice has transformed these descriptors into observant, meticulous, and creative. Simply learning to observe, listen, and connect with my mind and body has bathed me in inner peace, acceptance, compassion, and self-love. Now, I create spaces for those drawn to the freedom of experiencing true self-connection, facilitating journeys into full presence. I'm currently exploring body movement from a present mind perspective and harnessing breathwork as a powerful tool to calm the mind and deepen the state of observation. Join me as we explore together the boundless possibilities of self-awareness and inner peace.
