This is storytelling for the soul — a story that takes you on a journey into the body, to both entertain and nourish. Intimate and immersive, it is part meditation, part visionary storytelling, part self-attunement and connection — guiding you into your own vision, wisdom and trust.

Cathy Hancock (NaturaCathy) is a published author, channel and embodiment guide. She channels Mama Earth in her writing and in these live storytelling events — an invitation to feel your way home to your body, your imagination, and the wisdom you already carry.

Specifics:
Please wear comfortable clothing you can settle into. If you have a journal, bring it along — otherwise pen and paper will be provided.

A gentle note: ceremonial cacao contains theobromine, a natural stimulant. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or on heart medication, please check with your doctor before taking part — you're still very welcome to join without drinking the cacao.
