I invite you to a gentle journey inward — a space of sound, relaxation and deep self-compassion.

During this sound bath, we will connect with the energy of your inner child — the part of you that longs to be seen, held and embraced with love. Through soothing vibrations and mindful presence, we will create space for rest, healing, playfulness, and a return to your inner sense of joy and safety.

Allow the sounds to guide you back to a place where you can simply be ✨

This will be a small gathering for a maximum of 5 people.

During the Sound Bath:
- we will enjoy ceremonial cacao together,
- we will do a breathing & a vocal exercise,
- you will relax during a guided meditation,
- you will recharge your energy with the sounds of instruments with healing vibrations,
- and at the end, you can pour your experiences from the session onto paper while sipping delicious tea.
