The Mantra Circle is a gentle and accessible introduction to the world of mantra, voice and meditation. No singing experience is needed. You do not need a "good voice". Curiosity and openness are enough.

Through simple melodies and repetitive chants, we explore how sound can calm the mind, regulate the nervous system and create a sense of connection and presence.

Together we create a safe and welcoming space where every voice is welcome.
