Weekly Sensual Embodiment Practice for women.

A gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and begin your day from within.

In a world that often asks us to move faster, achieve more, and stay in our heads, this is an invitation to do the opposite.

Each week we come together to slow down, breathe, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.

Through gentle movement, breath, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and guided embodiment practices, you'll create space to regulate your nervous system, deepen your body awareness, and cultivate a greater sense of aliveness, presence, and pleasure.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally full, or simply longing for a slower and more intentional start to your day, you are welcome exactly as you are.

No previous experience is needed.

Please join from a quiet space where you can move freely. Wear comfortable clothing, and you're welcome to have a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or a cup of tea nearby.

You will receive the zoom link after signing up. It may arrive one hour before the practise so please keep an eye on your inbox and spam just in case.

For the safety of the group and making sure we are all ladies I ask you to start the session with your camera on.
