PROGRAM

Under the guidance of accessible yet powerful embodiment & intimacy practices, we will explore a Taste of Intimacy. A loving, playful and experimental space, where you are invited to deepen the connection with yourself & others - through authentic expression, movement, breath, subtle touch & deeper intimacy practices.

A unique opportunity to explore and deepen the connection with yourself, your loved one or perhaps a complete stranger. With the body as our instrument, and the voice, movement and breath guiding us the way.

We will explore what it feels like to take the lead in what you want while surrendering to someone else's presence.

This evening is created for those of you who are curious to explore deeper connection & intimacy and/or have some experience in the field of self-development and/or Tantra.

This is NOT a pick-up place, rather a space to meet yourself & like minded souls deeper. Open for all singles, couples, friends or anything in between, and humans of all shapes & sizes, regardless of sexual orientation, age, gender or (cultural) background.

⚕︎ Venue - at YogaZentrum Nada in the center of Amsterdam, a calm oasis in the middle of the city. More details will follow once you sign up.
⚕︎ Contribution - Sliding Scale between €55 - €66 per night including some nourishing snacks or a discounted ticket for € 111 euro if you come with a friend, partner or lover.

Tessa is a curious being, dedicated to live and enjoy life fully. She has a background in physiotherapy, family constellation work, Tantra and guiding women both individually and in groups to their deeper truth and aliveness through the body.

She feels a deep calling to create spaces where we practice a new way of relating, finding that spot where we can meet in our own individual truths. Dropping into this sweetspot & let intimacy unfold in its unique way, every time.

To her the continuous practice of intimacy with herself and all she meets, keeps her humble, radiant, and profoundly alive. She is a firm believer that by healing the way we relate to one another, we create a ripple effect that heals our connection, not only to ourselves but also to all living beings and the Earth itself.

Tessa brings a sense of magic, a sense of warmth, a sense of joy to the space. She has a gift of making you feel deeply welcome & safe and a contagious energy of cutting through illusions with a sense of humour and not taking life too seriously.

⚕︎ MIKE ⚕︎

Mike is a Tantra facilitator and also guides couples & men into deeper intimacy and overall openness to Life, specifically through the works of David Deida.

He has a gift of deeply attuning to what the field needs, to speak out the unspoken and make conscious what is yet unconscious. He is deeply present, genuine and kind and truly embodies what Tantra is about.

Tessa and Mike both have been part of the Tribe and the team for years and are hosting Taste of Intimacy nights together.
