🥀 FULL SEASON PASS: three circles

🥀 Welcome to the feminine embodiment circle, monthly in Amsterdam – a monthly gathering for women who long to connect more deeply with themselves and with each other. Each month we explore one theme through movement, self-inquiry, feminine embodiment practices, and honest sharing.

This is a circle oriented to slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and sharing with women. to express, to embody, and inhabit the fullness of yourself in your relationships, in love and in daily life.

You don't need any experience — just a willingness to show up as you are.

Expect a warm, grounded atmosphere where you can:
– land in your body after a busy week
– explore a theme in a practical, embodied way
– speak honestly about your experiences if you feel to
– witness and be witnessed
– feel supported, nourished, and inspired in who you are as a woman

This is a FULL SEASON PASS. With this pass, you can join all circles within the '26-'27 season of feminine embodiment circles.

🥀 About Tessa
Tessa Schiethart (IG: @tessa.schiethart) is a relational mentor, author and somatic sexologist. She has extensive training in the field of devotional practice, embodied psychotherapy, with mostly training in yogic intimacy as taught by David Deida, with feminine embodied practice taught by teachers such as Nina Lombardo and Michaela Boehm. Tessa has an academic background in the field of anthropology in which she studied the position and interpretation of women's bodies in varying cultures and religions. Tessa's work is informed by formal study, continued learning and daily devotional practice over the last 15 years in the realms of psychology, spirituality, buddhism, feminine embodiment, yogic practice, ayurveda and sacred sexuality Through relational mentorship, embodied psychotherapy and teaching groups, she works with women and men to deepen in living, loving and longing, transforming challenge into empowerment, pain into beauty and embody the dance between consciousness and love. Tessa runs her private practice, with one to one therapy and mentorship online and offline in Amsterdam.
