Are you curious about constellation work or looking for insight into a personal theme?

Welcome to this open constellation evening. I love to work spontaneously and intuitively, which is exactly how these evenings were born! A space to come together and share what is alive, and work with what comes up and serves best in the moment.

We start together with a sharing circle. Here, it is optional for you to share how you are feeling or what you are currently dealing with. From there constellations will unfold. Usually we work with small group constellations and 1 or 2 big constellations.

If you are already familiar with constellation work, great! If this is completely new for you, in my opinion it is a great opportunity to dip your toes in the water of systemic work. And that does not mean we will only hit the surface; constellations can go as deep as you are ready for and for many people it has brought great transformations into their lives.

The set up of the evening gives space for you to possibly bring in a question, or represent, or both. You are also welcome to just observe. There will the chance to participate in a small constellation for everyone. And for some mysterious reason, usually everyone goes home with exactly what he/she needed!

About (Family) Constellations:
A family constellation is a tool that helps make underlying dynamics visible. Sometimes we face challenges that can’t be solved with the mind alone. Through constellation work, we can explore the undercurrent beneath the surface and recognize patterns that may be blocking us from moving forward. How this exactly works is hard to grasp with words, I always like to say come and experience to really understand. : )

What I cán say about it, is that a constellation often reveals a certain blind spot, or a dynamic related to your question that you might not have been aware of before. Usually, in these unseen patterns we can resolve something that you might not have thought of before, and thus offers you a chance to move forward in a different way.

What can we work with?
You are welcome to bring in any question that is currently present; perhaps you’re facing a difficult decision, noticing recurring patterns in your relationships, or feeling uncertain about your next step in work or where to live.
Do you have a dream, a vision, a strange feeling in your stomach, we can work with really anything that is relevant for you, feels alive in the moment and you'd like to have a deeper look at.

For who?
For anyone who is curious, new or familiar with constellations, open minded, and willing to have a different look at their inner stirrings. No experience is needed and you are welcome to come as you are. I work with different styles of constellations and always try to work with what suits best in the moment.

Practicals:
We are located in Common Ground; a hub for community where multiple events take place.
The name of the building is Het Blauwe Huis, you can ring the bell and find us on the 1st floor.
Doors open at 18:45, we start 19:00.
Tea, water & snacks will be provided.

Language:
This evening will be held in English. However if you speak Dutch and feel more comfortable speaking in your own language, you are most welcome to do so and I will provide translation where needed.
