While many circles meet within the comfort of four walls, I believe our true essence is mirrored most clearly in the wild. There is a deep, ancient power in women gathering together under the open sky. By leaving the indoors behind, we strip away the distractions of modern life and return to a simpler, more authentic way of being. This circle meets regularly throughout the seasons, offering a recurring moment of connection for you and our growing community.

September Theme: Autumn Equinox – Finding Your Balance
In September, day and night are exactly equal. In the woods, the air turns crisp and the first golden leaves fall as nature finds its balance. This session is dedicated to centering yourself and finding peace in times of change, especially when daily life feels overwhelming or demanding. We use the grounding energy of the trees to balance our own energy.

Reflection for this session: Where are you leaking energy right now, and how can you bring the balance back to yourself?

Comfort in the Woods
• Seating & Nourishment: I provide small stools as well as tea and a treat for the group.
• Warmth: Please dress in plenty of warm layers, so your spirit can stay open while your body stays warm.

Who am I?
I’m Gwendolyn. Nature is a place of healing and homecoming for me. I love to guide others to experience that same sense of peace and connection.
