ECSTATIC BEACH DANCE & CACAO CEREMONIE

Nieuwe locatie: Op het strand, vanaf Beach House BLOW richting de zee, Kijkduin, Den Haag.

Kom met ons dansen op een heerlijke zaterdagochtend aan zee.
Voel het zand onder je voeten, de zon op je huid, de frisse zeewind en de vrijheid om helemaal jezelf te zijn in de dans. Of dit nu je eerste Ecstatic Dance is of je honderdste, je bent van harte welkom.

Wat kun je verwachten?
We beginnen samen met een rustige opening en een **Cacao Ceremonie**.

Onze wilde ceremoniële cacao komt uit de bossen van Peru, waar hij met zorg wordt geoogst door lokale inheemse gemeenschappen. Cacao wordt traditioneel gebruikt om te ontspannen, verbinding te maken met jezelf en je hart verder te openen.

Na de ceremonie zetten we onze **Silent Disco-koptelefoons** op en begint onze Ecstatic Dance-reis.
Er zijn geen pasjes om te leren en je hebt geen danservaring nodig. Luister naar de muziek, volg je lichaam en geniet van de vrijheid van dansen in de natuur.
Het strand wordt onze dansvloer, omringd door de elementen aarde, water, lucht en zon.

Nieuwe locatie
Je vindt ons op het strand bij **Beach House BLOW**, Strandslag 1, Kijkduin. Vanaf het strand loop je richting de zee en je ziet onze groep vanzelf.

Parkeren
Kom je met de auto? Navigeer dan naar **Roompot Vakantiepark**, Machiel Vrijenhoeklaan in Kijkduin.

Langs deze weg is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. Hoe verder je richting het einde van de weg rijdt, hoe dichter je bij onze danslocatie bent. Omdat er mooi weer wordt verwacht, kan het drukker zijn. Houd daarom rekening met wat extra tijd.

Met de fiets is het strand het makkelijkst bereikbaar.

Vanaf de parkeerplaats is het ongeveer **10 tot 15 minuten lopen** naar onze dansplek.
Op het strand herken je ons aan de groep mensen en de windschermen, vlak bij Beach House BLOW.

You are warmly invited to come and dance with us. Join this sunny Saturday morning celebration — an awakening ceremony of movement, connection, and heart‑opening on the radiant beach. For everyone who longs for the sea breeze, the warmth of the sun on their skin, and the freedom of uninhibited dance.

What to Expect
- After gentle opening, we share our Cacao Ceremony with you, an invitation to open the Heart and feel the purity of the Wild Cacao from Peru flowing through your body. We will connect with the forces we cannot see, yet that hold and support us.
- From this deep experience of the Cacao, we open the space for music. The sounds will carry us on waves of rhythm and emotion — a dance journey with Music Mix created specially for that moment.

Our Wild Cacao is a heart‑opening medicine from the deep forests of Peru. It grows there in the wild and is harvested by the local Indigenous people. It has been grown, picked, carried, and prepared with Love.

After that, we put on our Silent Disco headphones and let ourselves be carried by the most beautiful music in the Ecstatic Dance, where the body expresses what the heart already knows. We dance on the largest dance floor in the Netherlands — the beach — in connection with the elements Earth, Fire, Water, and Air. Everyone who passes by, even the curious dogs sniffing around, becomes part of our experience.

Come as you are. Bring your bare feet, your open heart, and your willingness to dance.
Whether you’ve danced ecstatically before or this is your first time — everyone is welcome.
We dance not for perfection, but for presence, for love in its purest form.

COMING BY CAR

This is a long dead‑end road with plenty of free parking.
The further you drive toward the end, the closer you are to our dance location.
Because warm weather is expected, it may be busier, you may need to park a bit farther away.
Please take your walking time into account.

By bike, the beach is easiest to reach.

BEACH HOUSE BLOW is the very last beach pavilion of Kijkduin.
From Machiel Vrijenhoeklaan, depending on where you park, it is a 10–15 minute walk to our dance spot.
On the beach, look for a group or several wind screens in front of or near Beachhouse BLOW.
