Collage & heal

Ever since I started hosting Paint & Heal, I've often been asked how people can stay creatively connected with themselves amidst the busyness of everyday life.

For me, the start of a new month has become a little ritual. I make a cup of cacao or tea, light a candle, journal, pull a card, and create a collage of the energy I want to invite into my life ( for that upcoming month) . It's not about having everything figured out, it's about creating space to dream, reflect, and move with intention.

Now I'd love to share that ritual with you.

You can create:
✂️ A physical collage using magazines and art materials (provided, but feel free to bring own materials)
💻 Or bring your laptop or iPad to create a digital mood board on Pinterest or Canva or whatever tool/platform you like.

We'll begin with some journaling, a card pull, and a cup of cacao or tea before moving into our creative session. We end the evening with a closing circle, where you're invited to share your collage and speak your intentions into the world.

Think of it as the little sister of Paint & Heal. While Paint & Heal invites you to explore your inner world through intuitive painting, Collage & Heal is a gentle reset, a space to reflect, envision what's ahead, and connect with a creative community.

I hope this becomes a ritual we can return to together. 🤍
