Once, we gathered around the fire. We told our stories. We sang, we drummed, we let our voices carry into the dark. That fire is where we belonged. It's how we became men together, instead of alone.

Then something changed. We traded the circle for the couch. We were told a real man stands on his own, needs no one, handles it himself. So we do. We come home, crack another beer, disappear into another screen, let another night slip by numb. And we wonder why we feel so hollow, why we feel like shit and can't say it out loud.

Here's the truth: it's not your fault.

You were handed a world built to keep you separate. One that profits when you're lonely, distracted, and numbing the ache instead of naming it. The scroll is designed to hook you. The feed is designed to shrink you. This disconnection was sold to you. It isn't who you are.

But the fire never went out. It's still in you.

This is your chance to remember what you're made of. The universe is made of vibration, and so are we. We were made to resonate together, and music is how we do it. It brings us out of our minds and into our bodies, into the present moment, where we can feel each other again in the now. It's been our medicine since the beginning of time.

We're not here to burn anything down. We're here to build ourselves back up.

You don't need to be a musician. You don't need to know a single note or how to hold an instrument. This isn't about theory, it's about feeling, honesty, and raw expression. Leave your judgments at the door. This is a circle held with care, where the only wrong move is holding back.

Come as you are. Bring whatever you're carrying, the anger, the grief, the numbness, all of it. Leave lighter, connected, and fully, defiantly alive.
