Before your mind knows what to do with it, your body has already felt it. A low hum moves through the room, and something in you shifts. Your breath drops. Your shoulders soften. Something releases — not because you tried, but because sound reached a place your thoughts never could.

This is an immersive workshop at the intersection of movement and spaciousness, held by sound and music. Tuning into a frequency that allows you to release, let go and discover what arises under the skin. Julie will bring you into a mindful embodied flow, fascial release and moments of deep stillness; you will be invited to use your senses as a compass while being supported by the amazing sounds and music of Robert Taal. This will be an experience like no other. The stories held in the body will be given space to unravel and release, and then fall into the depth of restoration bathed in sound vibration.

Julie Martin has spent 25 years unravelling how the body truly moves, not how it
looks, but how it feels. Rooted in anatomy and fascial awareness, her approach
dissolves the gap between movement and sensation. When Julie guides you inward,
the body doesn't just move. It remembers.

Robert Taal is a sound facilitator with a scientist's curiosity and a healer's touch. Shaped by years of facilitating live sound in ceremonial and breathwork spaces, he
has developed an intuitive, science-rooted understanding of how frequency guides
the mind into stillness and the body into release. He creates spaces where the nervous system finally exhales.
