Imagine being crystal clear about what to focus on in your life. Knowing deeply and confidently what is your priority in life at the moment.

You will find that out for yourself in this workshop with the help of Coaching.

It will open up a new surge of inspiration and excitement to balance your life exactly how you need it.

Led by an experienced Life Coach Linda Horsta (@lindahorsta on instagram), you’ll check where your life is at the moment and find the area you wish to improve on.

You’ll leave the workshop knowing exactly how to do it. Clear steps to start the action.

Get inspired by hearing other women's stories and goals, and stay accountable with them to achieve it. (Caring friendships are created when we go through challenges and the other is there by our side. This is your chance to receive such support or simply find an accountability partner)

In this space we will share our focus goals and the group will support you in that.
We will find the first steps you need to balance your life.
By starting to act, you will start to feel empowered.
Whilst being there to support others will inspire you to commit just as they will be committing.

If you are in need to feel empowered from yourself or from a group you can trust - we will meet to do exactly that.

𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬:
We will start by creating a Wheel of Life (coaching method) to notice which life areas are important to us.
Then we will answer coaching level questions to become crystal clear on which life area to focus on at the moment. You will know how to start and what to improve.
You will also understand why it is important to focus exactly on that life area and get motivated by it.
Lastly, you will leave knowing what to do next and having a whole group to stay accountable to.

We will check in with your progress in our group chat afterwards as life changing action takes time.
