The Microdosing Club now starts and Integration Series and this circle provides a proven method for working with whatever surfaced.

- You've had a hard psychedelic experience lately - a heavy night out, an overwhelming festival, a a retreat, a single mushroom journey 0 and something from it is still unresolved
-You're microdosing and something “uncomfortable”unexpected keeps coming up - grief, anger, vulnerability, shame
-You had a difficult experience years ago and never processed it and it keeps you from moving forward
-You're newer to psychedelics and want a way to work with whatever comes up before it happens.

Internal Family Systems views what surfaced as a part of you that came forward for a reason, not a glitch in your trip. You'll learn how to find and connect with that part, understand what it was protecting you from, and work with it directly.

This isn't a one-time talk or workshop, it's a skill you take home and use again, on your own, whenever something comes up. We believe, its a helpful tool for many situation.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬:
Theresa is a Certified Psychedelic Guide and founder of the Microdosing Club with Practice in Amsterdam. She is a long time holistic & somatic coach, Kundalini Yoga Teacher and currently studies the sacred use of magic mushrooms in the Mazatecan tradition. With her longstanding experience in Leadership and Personal Development her field of interest is thoughtful integration of self development and psychedelic experiences.

Noah is the founder of Safe and Sound Journeys and a Certified Parts Work Facilitator. As a multi-instrumentalist, he uses live music and sound to shape set and setting, holding the space sonically so people can go inward and feel safe doing it. His work explores how music and medicine heal together. Drawing on parts work, he helps people prepare for and integrate their journeys, with a particular care for those in or coming out of relationships that hurt.
