Over dit evenement
As we move deeper into the darker half of the year, nature continues her invitation to slow down.
The trees have shed much of their leaves, the days are noticeably shorter, and the energy of the season encourages rest, reflection, and inward listening. While summer asks us to grow outward, late autumn invites us to return home to ourselves.
The New Moon of November arrives as a moment of deep stillness. A pause between what has been and what is yet to come.
Gathering on the eve of the New Moon, we enter this threshold together. A space where the old cycle is coming to completion and a new one has not yet fully begun.
This is a time to release the need to force, fix, or figure everything out.
Instead, we are invited to listen.
What is asking for your attention beneath the noise of daily life?
What wisdom has this year been offering you?
What wants to be surrendered so that you can move forward with greater trust and authenticity?
Nature does not rush this season. It rests. It conserves energy. It trusts the unseen processes unfolding beneath the surface.
Perhaps we can learn to do the same.
Together, the energy of the New Moon and the quiet wisdom of late autumn create a powerful opportunity to reconnect with yourself, clear what no longer serves, and make space for what is slowly emerging.
A grounding and gently transformative space to regulate your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect with your inner compass.
During this circle you can expect:
• Optional ceremonial cacao to open the ceremony
• Optional microdose of truffle for gentle inner exploration
• Grounding and guided meditation
• Conscious breath and body awareness
• Reflection and journaling
• Sharing circle and connection
• Energetic cleansing with sage, mugwort, and sound
• New Moon ritual for release, reflection, and intention setting
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about creating space.
Space to rest.
Space to listen.
Space to trust what is unfolding.
Space to reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Space to move through the darker season with greater presence and self-compassion.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
