What Is 4SX?

4SX (Sexual Movements & Techniques) is an innovative movement-based workshop exploring the physicality of intimacy through movement, rhythm, body mechanics, communication, and flow.

Think:

**Partner dancing.**
**Movement education.**
**Body awareness.**
**Playfulness.**
**Connection.**

All applied to a subject most people were never taught.

It is only natural to want to move in harmony with your partner. Without flow, one can easily feel physically exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of how to move with confidence and ease.

Through guided exercises, movement drills, partner practices, and practical education, you'll discover how greater body awareness, mobility, rhythm, and confidence can create more ease, connection, and enjoyment in intimate experiences.

You'll learn how to embrace, transition with, and engage another body while exploring the role of movement, rhythm, and communication.

The atmosphere is educational, respectful, playful, and often filled with laughter.

Think of it as learning the art of partner dancing... horizontally.

No partner is required.

Come solo, with a friend, or with a partner.

Before exploring desire through movement, play, confidence, and connection in 4SX, you are warmly invited into a different kind of space.

A space where desire is not only expressed through the body, but welcomed into the heart.

Devotion & Desire is an evening Tantrik Temple facilitated by Sandi Djoulfian, founder of Medicine Within.

For years, Sandi has been creating transformational spaces that weave embodied tantra, ritual, authentic relating, and community into experiences that are both grounded and deeply alive.

Where 4SX explores the art of movement and connection, Devotion & Desire explores the deeper question:

What happens when desire becomes devotion?

When the energy that moves you toward another becomes a doorway into presence, intimacy, truth, and love.

Through connection practices, Heart Puja, ritual, music, and a free-flow temple space, participants are invited to meet themselves and others from authenticity, vulnerability, playfulness, and embodied presence.
