12 juni lijkt weer zo'n speciale dag die diepe herinneringen en ceremonies in zich meedraagt. Bijvoorbeeld is het de Wereld Milieudag, maar ook de dag tegen illegale visserij, dus hoe toepasselijk dat we dan op het strand zijn om onze dans te dansen en we zijn natuurlijk alweer een weekje dichter bij de Langste dag van het jaar, het moment waarop de Liefde haar hoogste punt bereikt. Dit geven we allemaal een plekje in deze avond dans op het strand

Jij bent natuurlijk weer uitgenodigd om mee te komen dansen. Kom deze fijne vrijdagavond meevieren in een ontwakende ceremonie van beweging, verbinding en hart-opening op het zachte zand. Voor iedereen die verlangt naar de zeebries, de warmte van de zon op de huid, en de vrijheid van ongeremde dans.

Wat je te wachten staat
Dit is meer dan een dans. We openen met een verkorte versie (25 min) van de Heart Chakra Bewegingsmeditatie – een prachtige beweging die stilte in het hartcentrum combineert met dynamische beweging in alle vier richtingen, wat een volledige energetische circulatie van liefde door je wezen en naar de wereld creëert. Dit is een 30-minuten meditatie waarin we de stroom van liefde door onze lichamen cultiveren: we breiden ons hart uit naar buiten in alle vier richtingen en ontvangen de energie van de wereld terug in. Onze handen en stappen worden een heilige taal van geven en ontvangen.

Daarna zetten we onze Silent Disco koptelefoon op en laten we ons meenemen door de mooiste muziek in de Ecstatic Dance, waarin het lichaam spreekt wat het hart al weet. We dansen op de grootste dansvloer van Nederland: het strand. In verbinding met de elementen, Aarde, Vuur, Water en Lucht. En iedereen die voorbij wandelt, zelfs de honden die nieuwsgierig komen snuffelen, wordt deel van onze ervaring.

De uitnodiging
Kom zoals je bent. Breng je blote voeten, je open hart en je bereidheid om te dansen.
Of je vaker Ecstatisch hebt gedanst of dit je eerste keer is, iedereen is welkom.
We dansen niet voor perfectie, maar voor aanwezigheid, voor liefde in haar puurste vorm.

June 12th once again seems to be one of those special days that carries deep memories and ceremonies within it. For example, it is World Environment Day, but also the International Day Against Illegal Fishing — how fitting that we will be on the beach that evening, dancing our dance in honour of the Earth and the waters. And of course, we are already one week closer to the Longest Day of the year, the moment when Love reaches its highest point. All of this finds a place in this evening dance on the beach.

You are, of course, invited once again to come and dance with us. Join us on this gentle Friday evening for an awakening ceremony of movement, connection, and heart‑opening on the soft sand. For everyone who longs for the sea breeze, the warmth of the sun on their skin, and the freedom of unrestrained dance.

What to Expect
This is more than a dance. We begin with a shortened version (25 min) of the Heart Chakra Movement Meditation — a beautiful practice that combines stillness in the heart center with dynamic movement in all four directions, creating a full energetic circulation of love through your being and into the world. In this 30‑minute meditation we cultivate the flow of love through our bodies: expanding our hearts outward in all directions and receiving the energy of the world back in. Our hands and steps become a sacred language of giving and receiving.

After that, we put on our Silent Disco headphones and let ourselves be carried by the most beautiful music in the Ecstatic Dance, where the body expresses what the heart already knows. We dance on the largest dance floor in the Netherlands — the beach — in connection with the elements Earth, Fire, Water, and Air. Everyone who passes by, even the curious dogs sniffing around, becomes part of our experience.

Whether you’ve danced ecstatically before or this is your first time, everyone is welcome.
We dance not for perfection, but for presence, for love in its purest form.
