Summer is beautiful… until your calendar looks like it’s training for a marathon you didn’t sign up for 😌 Kids are off school, group chats are active, plans are multiplying, and somehow even your plants look busy.
This is your gentle exit ramp.
A 2-hour escape into stillness, where you are officially off-duty from being a productive human.
This XL Yin & Sound journey is designed for exactly that moment when your nervous system whispers:
“Can we… lie on the floor for a bit and reconsider life choices?”
You’ll move slowly through Yin Yoga, long-held, floor-based postures supported by props so you can fully surrender (no flexibility awards required, promise). Think of it as stretching… but with nowhere to be and nothing to prove.
While you rest, Donatas will guide you through the deep, grounding tones of singing bowls, sounds that basically convince your mind to stop opening 27 tabs at once.
And because we believe relaxation should be legally required in summer, you’ll also receive gentle aromatherapy massage from Pritha during selected postures. Slow, intuitive touch with calming essential oils that remind your body it is not, in fact, a deadline.
The result? You slowly transform from “overstimulated summer organism” into “human who remembers how to breathe again.”
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗫𝗟 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂:
• Feel like your brain has too many browser tabs open
• Are surviving (thriving-ish) the summer chaos
• Have forgotten what silence sounds like
• Sit down and immediately forget why you stood up
• Need a reset that doesn’t involve “just go for a walk” advice
• Are craving stillness that doesn’t feel like boredom
𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗫𝗟 𝗬𝗶𝗻 & 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:
• Nervous system goes from “espresso” to “herbal tea”
• Muscles unclench their group chat drama
• Mental tabs gradually close (no force quitting required)
• You remember you have a body
• Deep, grounded, slightly suspicious level of calm
No experience needed. No performance required. No flexibility audition.
Just come as you are, slightly frazzled is very welcome.

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥:
Donatas Bielunskis is a Lithuanian-born yoga teacher, meditation practitioner, musician, and sound facilitator based in Rotterdam. His path into yoga and meditation began through a long-standing interest in self-discovery, stillness, and the relationship between body, mind, and awareness.
Originally trained as a jazz double bassist, Donatas spent many years exploring deep listening through music. This artistic practice gradually became connected with meditation, where listening was no longer only directed outward, but also inward — toward the breath, the body, and the subtle movements of the mind.
In 2017, his meditation journey brought him to Nepal, where he joined a retreat in a serene monastery setting. This experience deepened his connection to silence, simplicity, and contemplative practice. In the years that followed, he continued to explore meditation through Vipassana retreats, where discipline, observation, and direct experience became important foundations of his personal practice.
Alongside meditation, Donatas continued to develop his work with sound. He trained in singing bowl massage through the Peter Hess method and began integrating Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes into meditative sound journeys designed to support deep rest and inner listening.
In 2025, Donatas completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, with a focus on traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. He also trained in Yin Yoga, which further shaped his interest in slow, receptive practice, long-held postures, and the quiet space where body awareness and meditation meet.
Today, his work brings together yoga, meditation, breath awareness, and sound. His approach is calm, grounded, and spacious, inviting participants to slow down, soften the body, and reconnect with themselves through presence, stillness, and deep listening.
For this 2-hour Yin Yoga and singing bowl journey, Donatas combines meditative attention, long-held postures, and the resonance of Himalayan singing bowls to support deep relaxation, inner quiet, and a gentle return to the present moment.
