Sonne Summer Circle - Heart Sound

An intimate afternoon of sound, stillness and deep rest.

This Summer Circle is an invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect with your heart. Through the gentle resonance of singing bowls, gongs, voice, chimes and other healing instruments, your nervous system is invited into a state of deep relaxation where the body can release tension and restore balance naturally.

Rather than doing, we practice receiving.

There is no experience needed. You simply lie down comfortably while being immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations, allowing your body and mind to unwind at their own pace.

What to expect:
- A welcoming space to arrive and settle
- Gentle grounding and breathing
- A 60–75 minute immersive sound journey
- Silence and integration afterwards
- Tea and space to land before returning home
