Welcome to this special Solstice Cacao & Microdose Ceremony. Summer is arriving! Can you believe we're halfway through the calendar year already?! Time is just flying by. Coming together to celebrate the highest and brightest light of the sun is very special and a tradition that many Indigenous peoples share all across the world.

What are you wishing to shine a bright light upon as we enter the summer season?

I welcome you with all my heart to come rest, rejuvenate and re-connect with your body, mind and soul. After all, it's you who lives YOUR life, so connecting with your essence, your desires and your wishes is fundamental.

We will be inviting the Spirit of Mother Cacao, a Microdose and additionally some Sacred Aroma Frequencies to tune in with our hearts, souls and missions here on the planet. These medicines are all powerful tools to increase our vibration, clear and upgrade our energy field and strengthen our connection with our intuition. We are always protected and supported by the unseen world, yet many of have forgotten. This ceremony aims to increase your awareness and remembrance of all the love and support available around us.

Ceremonial Cacao is the beautiful, soft and powerful plant medicine of the heart guarded for centuries in Central and South America by ancient tribes. This medicine has reemerged in the past 20+ years because the world is ready for her. She gently opens our hearts, stimulates our blood flow, brings happiness and bliss molecules into our being and enhances our connection with our body, Mother Earth and the Cosmos. Working with cacao can bring benefits on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Some people experience bodily sensations, emotional release, happiness, joy, shifts in mental thought patterns and sometimes visions. Every ceremony will be different for every person. Mother Cacao is part of my daily practice and I cherish her wisdom and energy with all my heart. We will most likely drink my own hand-crafted Cambodian cacao <3. I lived in Cambodia for 1.5 years and deeply connected with the land, the people and their magick!

I will also offer a micro/mini dose for those of you who feel the call to go even deeper into the body, mind and soul.

Aroma frequencies are high vibrational, pure single or blended plant, flower or tree essences. When welcoming an aroma frequency into your field, through for example inhalation, diffusion or direct application on the skin the energy and spirit of the plants move into gentle action straight away. It's as if the frequencies gently shake up any stagnant, unaligned and stuck energy, emotions, patterns and programs and allow them to release, while upgrading your field simultaneously. I love to work with the essences of de Groene Linde, Wisdom of the Earth and Atlantic Aromatics and will intuitively pick the frequencies that suit the energy of the group, time and space. It is my intention to invite at least 2-3 different Sacred aroma frequencies.

These ancestral medicines make a very beautiful combination together and I'm excited to share them with you.

How to prepare for this ceremony:
- Prepare your sacred ceremony bag with; a journal and pen, bottle of water, items for the altar, instruments (optional), an eye mask and anything else that makes this experience more sacred for you
- Dress in layers, you may get cold or warm and layers enable you to adjust to temperature changes easily
- Fast or have only a light meal before the ceremony
- Refrain from consuming alcohol, dairy, caffeine and any other plant medicines the night and morning/afternoon before the ceremony
- Find time (in nature) to tune into your intention(s) for the ceremony

What will be present during the ceremony:
- A safe sacred space in which you can share what is alive in you
- Ceremonial cacao, aroma frequencies & (optional micro/mini-dose)
- Tea, water and some delicious, light snacks
- A cosy nest with yoga mat, bolsters, pillows and blankets
- Oracle cards
- Music, instruments, aromatherapy
- My gentle guidance and healing touch (if desired)
