Welkom bij de Ecstatic Dance community in Leiden!

Vrijdagavond 4 september gaan we weer dansen op het magische stukje strand van afgelopen zomer... Weten jullie nog? Met aan de ene kant de ondergaande zon en aan de andere kant de opkomende maan. Onze resident DJ Audyo draait en we dansen silent disco style!

We dansen bij strandpaal 22 in Noordwijk, tussen de laatste strandhuisjes en Lex surfschool in. Deze plek bereik je door strand op/afrit 21 te volgen. Je kunt naar het toilet/water bijvullen bij strandtenten Tulum of Witsand. Deze plek in Noordwijk bereik je met de fiets of de bus (21, 90) en met de auto is het voordeligste parkeren kan bij de Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard. Neem mee: eigen drinken, zwemkleding, warme kleding voor in de avond, kleedje om op te zitten, zonnebrand. Let op: bij slecht weer kan deze editie niet door gaan, dit wordt op tijd gecommuniceerd met kaartkopers en de community, in dit geval krijg je je aankoopbedrag terug.
Van tevoren een kaartje kopen is handig, omdat er beperkt plek is i.v.m. het aantal koptelefoons. Terplekke als het niet uitverkocht is kan je nog via hipsy een reservering maken, of met gepast contant geld, maar op=op in dit geval.

We volgen de universele guidelines van Ecstatic Dance: geen gesproken woorden/schoenen/intoxicaties/telefoons, op basis van respect voor onzelf en elkaar.

Welcome to the Ecstatic Dance community in Leiden!

On Friday evening, september 4th, we’ll be dancing once again at the magical beach place from last summer… Remember? With the setting sun on one side and the rising moon on the other. Our resident DJ Audyo will be playing, and we’ll dance silent disco style!

We’ll gather at beach marker 22 in Noordwijk, between the last beach houses and Lex Surf School. You can reach this location by following beach entrance/exit 21. Toilets and water refill are available at the beach clubs Tulum or Witsand. This spot in Noordwijk can be reached by bike, bus (21, 90), or car. The cheapest parking is at Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard.

Please bring: your own drinks, swimwear, warm clothes for the evening, a blanket or towel to sit on, and sunscreen.

Please note: in case of bad weather, this edition may be cancelled. This will be communicated in time to ticket holders and the community, and in that case your ticket will be refunded.

It’s recommended to buy your ticket in advance, as space is limited due to the number of headphones available. If the event is not sold out, you can still reserve a spot on-site via Hipsy or pay with exact cash — but once it’s full, it’s full.

At Ecstatic Dance Leiden, you are completely free to be exactly who you are in the moment and to express yourself in your own unique way. Everything is welcome! Will you dance with us?

We follow the universal Ecstatic Dance guidelines: no talking on the dance floor, no shoes, no intoxicants, and no phones — all based on respect for ourselves and each other.
