Breath & Sound | Towards Trance

Er zijn avonden die je onthoudt. Breath & Sound | Towards Trance is zo'n avond.

We gaan met veertig mensen samen ademen. Op live muziek die precies meebeweegt met wat er in de ruimte gebeurt: soundscapes, tablas, handpan, gitaar en sjamanistische drums, afgestemd op de groep in real time. Ondertussen begeleiden we je met je adem. En dan ga je het ervaren: het ritme van ademen en geluiden voert je mee richting trance.

Dit alles ondersteund door onze veilige setting, cacao, optionele legale microdose truffels en een ervaren team.

OPBOUW VAN DE CEREMONIE

We beginnen met ceremoniële cacao om het hart te openen. Voor wie dat wil is er de optie tot een microdosis truffels, volledig legaal.

Dan activeren we ons lichaam door beweging en rustig en ritmisch ademen. Begeleid door het team met framedrums en tablas. Dat is een bewuste weg naar een trance-staat: een toestand waarin het lichaam zichzelf veilig stelt en open gaat voor wat volgt.

Dan zijn we klaar voor de intensieve ademreis, gedragen door zorgvuldig gekozen live muziek en afgestemd op de groep. Ter afsluiting nemen we de tijd voor de integratie.

Een ervaring die we nog nooit eerder in deze vorm hebben aangeboden.

DE MUZIEK

Aernout speelt gitaar en handpan. Robbert begeleidt op tablas en handpan. Ze spelen niet op een setlist, maar op wat er in de ruimte leeft.

VOOR WIE

Voor iedereen die een diepe ademervaring wil, gedragen door live ritme en muziek. Geen ervaring nodig.

OVER HET TEAM

Onno (De Zuchtdokter) en Ed begeleiden het ademdeel. Aernout en Robbert verzorgen de muziek. Twee spaceholders houden het overzicht.

Dit is de vierde editie. De eerste drie waren uitverkocht voor we het wisten.

There are evenings you remember. Breath & Sound | Towards Trance is one of them.

Forty people breathing together, with live music that moves precisely with what's happening in the room: soundscapes, tablas, handpan, guitar and shamanic drums, tuned to the group in real time. We guide you through your breath while the rhythm builds. And then you'll feel it: the sound and the breathing carry you towards trance.

All of this supported by our safe setting, cacao, optional legal microdose truffles and an experienced team.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE CEREMONY

We begin with ceremonial cacao to open the heart. For those who wish, there's the option of a microdose of truffles, fully legal in the Netherlands.

Then we activate the body through movement and calm, rhythmic breathing, guided by the team on framedrums and tablas. This is a deliberate path towards a trance state: a condition in which the body settles itself and opens up for what follows.

Then we're ready for the intensive breath journey, carried by carefully chosen live music and tuned to the group. We close with time for integration.

An experience we have never offered in this form before.

THE MUSIC

Aernout plays guitar and handpan. Robbert plays tablas and handpan. They don't play from a setlist, but from what's alive in the room.

THE TEAM

Onno (De Zuchtdokter) and Ed guide the breathwork. Aernout and Robbert take care of the music. Two spaceholders keep an eye on the room.
