Please note: this Follow-up Day is for everyone who has previously taken the Introductory Training in Connecting / Nonviolent Communication at Equanimity or elsewhere. If you have not previously taken an Introductory Training, please check the dates for an Introductory Training first on www.equanimity.nu or on Hipsy.

On this day, we will practice applying the knowledge gained from the introductory training. We will delve deeper into self-empathy, empathic listening, and expressing oneself honestly. For example, you will practice in role-playing exercises how to deal with anger and frustration, as well as feelings of shame and guilt—both your own and those of others.

Because we want to make our training accessible to as many people as possible, we use different price levels. Decide for yourself which one applies to you.

Nonviolent Communication is a way of communicating that focuses on connection and is therefore also called Connecting Communication. How do you truly hear each other and reconnect? This is not a complicated or avoidant way of communicating, but it is about setting boundaries, creating clarity, being who you are, and giving emotions space.
