Come and let me take you on a sound journey
Immerse yourself in the sounds of the Alchemy Crystal singing bowls during this sound healing session at the beautiful Ivy Boutique Wellness centre.
A sound bath is a profound experience that promotes deep relaxation, energy rebalancing and sensory awakening. Thanks to the Alchemy Crystal bowls, each session becomes a unique moment, where pure sound and subtle vibrations transform the space into a sanctuary of well-being.

WHAT IS A SOUND JOURNEY?
A sound journey is a meditation guided by the vibrations of sacred instruments such as the Alchemy Crystal bowls.
These exceptional instruments, created from pure quartz and infused with minerals and precious metals, produce harmonics that resonate deeply in the body and mind.
These sessions allow you to:
* Relax the nervous system by activating theta brain waves, associated with deep relaxation and healing.
* Stimulate vital energy, improve mental clarity and strengthen intuition.
* Soothe physical and emotional tensions, restoring harmony and balance to every level of being.

HOW TO PREPARE YOURSELF
* Come with an open mind.
* Wear comfortable, loose and warm clothing. Preferably wear layers, as your body temperature can fluctuate.
* Avoid eating a heavy meal shortly before the session.
* At the studio are mats, blankets, bolsters and cushions available to make you as comfortable as possible while lying down.
* After the session you can enjoy a tea and a snack

SAFETY & WELLBEING
A sound bath generally is safe, but please let me know if you: have a pacemaker or other medical device like hearing aids, have epilepsy or other conditions that could be affected by sound or vibrations
