GLASS – between touch and distance | Eindpresentatie

Na zes sessies van fysiek onderzoek delen de deelnemers van GLASS – between touch and distance het resultaat van hun gezamenlijke onderzoeksproces met Another Kind of Blue.

In deze presentatie staat de spanning tussen nabijheid en afstand centraal. Wat gebeurt er wanneer je iemand kunt zien, maar niet volledig kunt aanraken? Vanuit contact improvisatie, beweging en samenwerking met een glazen plaat als fysiek uitgangspunt, onderzoeken performers verbinding, begrenzing en aanwezigheid.

De eindpresentatie is een open sharing van het artistieke onderzoeksproces, gevolgd door een korte nabespreking.

GLASS – between touch and distance | Final Presentation

After six sessions of embodied research, the participants of GLASS – between touch and distance share the outcome of their collaborative process with Another Kind of Blue.

This presentation explores the tension between closeness and distance. What happens when you can see someone, but cannot fully touch them? Through contact improvisation, movement, and working with a glass plate as both a physical and symbolic element, performers investigate connection, boundaries, and presence.

The final presentation is an open sharing of the artistic research process, followed by a short reflection together with the audience.
