3-Hour Intensive Session

What You Will Experience

No one has ever taught us how to touch gently. How to hold and be held with gentleness, respect, consent, and healthy boundaries. It is very relaxing, healing, and deeply supportive for our nervous system. One of those experiences where words are not enough.

We will start with a short opening circle and exercises to help you move from your mind into being fully present in your body.

During the first hour, we will practice touch skills in a very safe and respectful way, exploring clear yes and no, consent, and healthy boundaries. Clothes stay on.

Then we will move into a two-hour cuddle puddle, where deep relaxation can arise as your nervous system begins to regulate. You may find yourself not wanting to leave.
