Yet, we try to defy the gravity, knowing that the body can adopt to be able to do even a handstand!
Join me for this short series exploring the body-mind connection essential to do a handstand. We will break the skill down in two parts: the physical preparation of your body and the role of your nervous system in holding you upside down. Learn a handstand in a way that make you feel strong and empowered. Very beginner friendly but I've got you too, if you are more experienced.

Part One - The Body aka "HANDSTAND GYM"
- get the full handstand warm-up routine you can take home with you
- learn specific drills to prepare each body part for the handstand
- train the physical strength and stamina required for the skill
- understand the technique the alignment of your body
June 20th 13:00 - 15:30
Part Two - The Mind aka "BALANCE GYM"
- learn how to fall and let go of the fear of doing a handstand
- practise smooth entry, different ways to go up
- activate your nervous system to help you balance (brain-hacks)
- understand the role of your eyes and ears in being upside down
This is for you if:
- you are just starting your handstand journey and you want to learn it from ground up
- you want to be able to practise handstand away from the wall (even in a yoga class)
- you like to learn in a structured yet playful way that allows you to understand and experiment
