An intimate evening to reconnect with your body, awaken your senses and experience deeper, more conscious connection. Inspired by ancient wisdom traditions.

This time we explore the body through the gateway of the 5 senses and awaken perception trough every sense.

This is a space for men and women to connect to themselves first, and from there to others — in a grounded, heart-centered way.

What we will explore:

• Lotus meditation (opening the 5 senses)
• Chakra dance journey (energy activation & flow)
• Tantric dance exploration (polarity in movement)
• Conscious connection practices
• Breath & movement activation
• Heart-opening connection
• Nervous system regulation


Through guided meditation, intuitive movement and structured partner exercises, we awaken vitality, relational awareness and embodied sensitivity.

The practices are inspired by ancient energy traditions and adapted for a modern, grounded exploration.


This space is for:

• Beginners who are curious and open
• People with experience in embodiment, somatic work or body-based practices
• Those who want to explore connection and awareness through the body
• Couples


You don’t need prior experience, just openness and willingness.

All exercises are invitational.
There is no nudity.
Consent and personal boundaries are honored at all times.

Please come in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
You are welcome to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the evening.
