The Singing Field: Sunday Practice (Online edition)
A space to sing, slow down, and reconnect — through voice, silence, and surrender. On this Sunday, we gather online for a quieter, more devotional edition of The Singing Field.
Through songs and mantra's of different traditions and moments of silence, we open a space of rest and surrender. A space where your voice doesn’t have to be beautiful. Where you can soften, listen, and reconnect to yourself, to others, and to something beyond the individual.
At times, a few words or lines of poetry may be woven in (in the spirit of poets like Rumi), but the focus remains on the direct experience: singing, sensing, being.
This is a more meditative and inward space than the regular Singing Field.
What it looks like
We begin with gentle voice opening and landing in the body. After that we will open the circle and sing songs and mantra's of different traditions.
Most of the time, you will be muted — you’ll hear the music and sing from your own space, while still sensing the presence of others. At moments, we may open the space for a few voices to be heard. You’re invited to keep your camera on, to support a sense of shared field. Please join from a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. After the hour there's space to meet each other and share a tea (bring your own tea!). No singing experience needed.

Please note: we’ll close the zoomroom at 10.05am to keep the space undisturbed.
Our dream is that this circle becomes a place of aliveness, of connecting what's possible, for ourselves and for humanity. That we leave feeling more alive, more open, and more connected to the world we are here to create.
