My work weaves embodied tantra, temple arts, and shamanic practices into spaces that are grounded, safe, and deeply real.
For years I have been holding temples where people come back to themselves—
and meet others from a place that feels honest, connected, and alive.

Alfred brings over 25 years of experience in personal training, martial arts, capoeira, kinesiology, movement, and performance. His work has travelled through festivals and spaces around the world, offering a unique approach to sexual movement, rhythm, confidence, and embodied technique.

**4SX** is a playful, lighthearted, and practical workshop exploring the physicality of sex through movement, transitions, rhythm, body awareness, and non-verbal communication.
