Cacao, Yin Yoga and Sound

An afternoon of softening, opening, nourishment, to sink into yourself deeply, reconnect to yourself and to your true hearts desires. Guided the medicine of Cacao, Yin Yoga and Sound.

What is it you truly want to create within your life? When we become still we can listen to the desires that live within our hearts, and get clarity on our most fulfilling path in life. Following our hearts desires will lead to our desired reality. Which is unique for each of us.

Things can stand in our way of us creating the life we desire. For example the lack of clarity, limiting believes or not feeling worthy of that which we truly want. Throughout this time together we will be working with Embodied Healing for the things that stand in the way of you following your hearts desires. To create a shift in your being and realign you with your most fulfilling path forward.

A Cacao Ceremony is a beautiful heart-opening ritual originating from ancient traditions. We will drink ceremonial grade cacao to deepen our connection to our hearts.

After drinking the cacao we will take you on a journey into self with the practice of Yin Yoga followed by an immersive sound journey. Let yourself soften, open, guided by these medicines and allow your heart and Self to speak to you.

- Any item you feel called to bring that brings you comfort

All Yoga equipments will be available, as well as tea and nourishing snacks.
