Een ceremoniële workshop voor (aanstaande) moeders

In een wereld die snel beweegt, nodig ik je uit om te vertragen.
Om terug te keren naar de essentie van wat het betekent om moeder te zijn.

Tijdens deze bijzondere workshop bij Monti’s World in De Pijp openen we een zachte, gedragen ruimte waarin jij als vrouw en (aanstaande) moeder centraal staat.

Dit is geen gewone workshop.
Dit is een herinnering.

Aan jouw lichaam.
Aan de verbinding met je kind.
Aan de wijsheid die al in jou leeft.

Je wordt begeleid in:
– diepe ontspanning en landing in je lichaam
– verbinding met je (ongeboren) kind
– het loslaten van oude patronen
– het openen van jouw innerlijke bedding als moeder

Met klank, stilte en zachte ceremonie creëren we samen een veld van rust, zachtheid en thuiskomen.

Voor wie:
Voor zwangere vrouwen (vanaf 13 weken) en moeders die verlangen naar verdieping, rust en verbinding.

In a fast-moving world, I invite you to slow down.
To return to the essence of what it means to be a mother.

During this intimate workshop at Monti’s World in Amsterdam, we open a soft and held space where you — as a woman and (expecting) mother — are at the center.

This is not just a workshop.
This is a remembrance.

Of your body.
Of the bond with your child.
Of the wisdom already living within you.

You will be guided into:
– deep relaxation and embodiment
– connection with your (unborn) child
– releasing old patterns
– opening your inner cradle as a mother

Through sound, silence, and gentle ceremony, we create a field of softness, presence, and belonging.

For who:
Pregnant women (from 13 weeks) and mothers longing for deeper connection and inner rest.
