In collaboration with Amarte Funds, Steppin’ Into Tomorrow is continuing the series of intimate live performances in a fresh new space, Hidden Gem Studio in Amsterdam. Next up: Crudo Collective.

Crudo is a colorful collective with musicians that dare to think different. They combine soulful instrumental compositions and fresh collaborations with dope singers, rappers and musicians, and are highly influenced by jazz, hiphop, neo-soul and various Afro-Latin styles. Crudo means raw/unrefined in Spanish and the band name is used as a metaphor for our vision about music. When the workers on a cacao plantation cultivate raw cocoa, many of them don’t even know about the buttery soft perfect snack that the West calls chocolate. When Crudo Collective creates music, they’d like to never forget that the taste of the cocoa fruit that started it all!

Steppin' Into Tomorrow is the musical doorway for contemporary music with an ear for today's sound. A platform and a community that provides in-depth articles, interviews, radio shows, and events to introduce you to the finest rising talent from Dutch soil and beyond.
Hidden Gem Studio was founded in 2022 with the philosophy to create a space within the city where artists can create, record and perform their unique experiences in a homelike and timeless environment.
