The longest day of the year. The sun at its peak. The veil at its thinnest.

The Summer Solstice has been honored for thousands of years but because something is genuinely available on this day that isn't available on others.

A lot of you are feeling it: this energy in the air, things opening up, life moving. And then there are those of you reading this feeling something completely different. Stuck. In transition. Like you *want* to expand, you can feel it's right there & yet there's this invisible ceiling you keep bumping into. You're thinking, planning, analyzing. And it's still not shifting.

Here's the thing though. Most of us are trying to create change from the mind alone. But real shifts happen in the body. And the solstice? It's one of the most powerful moments of the entire year to actually do that work because the veil between your conscious and unconscious is thinner than almost any other time. When we set intentions together in that window, they multiply.

So that's exactly what we're doing.

Alexandra and Floor are hosting The Solstice Shift, a small, intimate ceremony in Amsterdam on June 21. Think: tea when you arrive, crystal singing bowls vibrating through every cell of your body, breathwork, Kundalini Activation, a deep inner journey with visualisation & healthy snacks at the end while everything settles.

Oh, and after the event? We don't disappear. If something is still processing, if questions come up, we're here.
