Hi everyone, want to join us to practice Transformational Connection together?

In connection with others, bringing attention to what is present in this moment, to what is alive in you, in the other, and in the ‘space between’. With an invitation to lead yourself and bring yourself in connection to everyone there.

I’d say it touches on practices like Authentic Relating and meditation. I've heard the descriptions “an interpersonal meditation” or “a lab for connection, communication and self-awareness.” But I think it’s much more than that really. It’s not therapy or coaching, not a space to “fix” or guide others. But simply to be with and welcome what is here, in this moment.

🕰️ When? 7:30 – 9:30 PM
📍 Where? Hosted by Indra at her place in Borgerhout, Antwerp. Address shared upon registration.
👥 For whom? For anyone with a genuine curiosity about themselves and others. Although it might feel more familiar if you have some experience with meditation and/or authentic communication.

🧭What can be part of the evening:

Connecting exercises in pairs
Focus or “birthday” circles (where the focus is on one person)
Space to land and share

🧍‍♂️I (Gerd) will be there from my own ongoing practice, with care for the space and openness to what we can co-create together. Each time, it’s a meaningful challenge for me to bring my attention to what is truly here. To invite myself to show up with all parts of me.
Whether you come to get to know yourself more deeply, to grow in being present with others, or want to develop your personal leadership – you’re welcome!

In English unless all participants are Dutch speaking.

Contribution: €10, €15 or €20 — Payable on the evening.
