FACILITATORS:

Elizabeth is a modern day shamanic healer and energetic architect. She weaves her energetic work into sound as a music producer and composer. Following her debut album “Milo – Memory of My Heart” (a sonic journey born from love, loss, and remembrance), the “Into The Deep 528Hz” series, and her latest album “Carried By The Light”, her new series SANCTUARY - continues her exploration of music as medicine - crafted to guide you into stillness, deep rest and immerse you in healing frequencies.

Charon offers retreats and ceremonies, working with ancient wisdom and white witch medicine. She heals and empowers people through bodywork, ceremonies, and guided meditations. Her joy in life comes from making people happy with the little things that can brighten a day, such as a great coffee, a beautiful meal or a magical meditation journey.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- Bring a pillow, blanket & mat so you can sit and lie down comfortable! We don’t have any gear at the location! Feel free to indulge!

- Bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated

- Just a heads up, for the ferry at central station you’ll need to calculate some extra travel time - we’re going to start at 16:00 sharp, so would be amazing if you’re there at least 15 minutes early to settle and get through the guest list! So it will be nice to settle in, get yourself a tea without feeling rushed!

- The event is at Sir Adam Studios, access with via The Butcher restaurant at ADAM Tower, take the stairs to the first floor, someone will guide you from that point! See you there! ❤️
