We invite you to harness the energy of this new moon and join us on Monday, 21 April, from 19:00 to 22:00, in the heart of Amsterdam.

Together, we will explore tools to protect our energetic field:
- How to give without emptying ourselves.
- Practical exercises from everyday disciplines.
- Recognising the impact of energy in our work and family life.
- Ways to avoid total exhaustion.

Spaces are limited. The location will be shared when you register.
