Over dit evenement
Your body is constantly guided by your nervous system, which decides how you can move and when to put the breaks. What if we can use what we know about the brain to unlock more freedom in your body and build range of motion you can actually use — for longevity, your movement practise or performance?
This two-parts workshop is designed for anyone who wants to improve flexibility, maintain joint health, and move with more ease and control. Whether you come from yoga, gym, dance, climbing or are simply curious - you will have the space to explore and expand what feels possible in your body.
Your flexibility isn’t just about muscles—it’s about how safe your brain feels going into a position. Go beyond passive stretching and practice mobility in a way that actually supports you: combining strength and a better connection between your body & mind.
Alongside the physical work, you will get to try simple “brain-based” exercises (inspired by functional neurology) that can help your body feel safer and unlock range more easily—sometimes in ways that might surprise you. Expect a mix of playful exploration and science-informed tools you can take into your own practice.
You can join one workshop or both—they complement each other as a full-body experience.
