While many circles meet within the comfort of four walls, I believe our true essence is mirrored most clearly in the wild. There is a deep, ancient power in women gathering together under the open sky. By leaving the indoors behind, we strip away the distractions of modern life and return to a simpler, more authentic way of being. This circle meets every month, offering a regular moment of connection for you and our growing community.

April Theme: Spring – The Art of Letting Go
Just as the trees shed their old leaves to make room for fresh blossoms, we will focus on what we can release to create space for new growth. This session is dedicated to letting go of what no longer serves you, so you can move forward with lightness.

The Three Pillars
1. The Medicine of Nature: Drop out of your busy mind and reconnect with the grounding rhythms of the earth.
2. The Strength of Togetherness: Share your stories in a safe, supportive tribe of women where you are heard without judgment.
3. The Rhythm of Ritual: Anchor your intentions through small, seasonal rituals using the elements around us.

Comfort in the Woods
• Seating & Nourishment: I provide small stools as well as tea and a treat for the group.
• Warmth: Please dress in plenty of warm layers, so your spirit can stay open while your body stays warm.

Who am I?
I’m Gwendolyn. Nature is a place of healing and homecoming for me. I love to guide others to experience that same sense of peace and connection. In my sessions, I create a warm and safe space where you don’t have to "do" anything except be present. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me!
