Chakra Yoga Classes are a series of trauma-informed, chakra-based practices designed to offer a calm and respectful space for women to reconnect with their bodies, and inner experiences.
The series is trauma-informed and psychologically grounded, using the chakra system as a symbolic and somatic framework rather than a diagnostic or prescriptive model. The focus is not on fixing or transforming, but on listening, orienting, and cultivating safety within the body.
Each 50-minute class follows a Yin-inspired approach, with slow pacing, accessible postures, and intentional stillness. Movements are gentle and contained, emphasizing nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and self-attunement over intensity or deep stretching. The practice closes with an organic tea, thoughtfully chosen to reflect the energy of the chakra explored in that session.
